Remember why

Every time I went back, I ended up feeling worse.

I’m about to text them

Help me not do it.

The whole app is one decision, made easier.

Track the distance

One number, as large as it deserves to be. Days since your last contact, counted from a real moment you choose — accurate across timezone changes, daylight saving and restarts.

Wait before texting

The button you came for. It starts a ten-minute pause and gives you a text box with no send button. Write the whole thing. Then decide.

Remember why

You write the reasons while you are thinking clearly. NoSend shows them back to you when your memory turns selective at 1am.

Private by default

The intimate parts never leave your phone. No account required to use it, no message content uploaded, nothing to leak.

About to text them? Open this first.

Ten minutes is short enough that you will actually wait, and long enough that the urge is usually a different shape by the end of it. Write the message in the app. Read why you stopped. Then choose — and either way, NoSend does not shame you for it.

There is no send button. That is the point.

What you write stays on your phone.

The reasons you write, the messages you do not send, your notes and your streak history are stored on your device. There is no endpoint on our servers that accepts them, and they are not written to any log.

You can use NoSend without an account at all. If you do sign in with Google, that covers your identity and your purchase — not your content.

Questions

What is the no contact rule?
No contact means deciding not to reach out to an ex for a period of time. People use it to stop the cycle of texting, regretting it, and starting over. NoSend tracks how long you have kept that distance and gives you somewhere to go when you are tempted to break it.
How does NoSend stop me texting my ex?
It does not block anything. NoSend has one big button for the moment you are about to reach out. Pressing it starts a ten-minute pause, shows you the reasons you wrote down, and gives you a place to type the message instead of sending it. There is no send button anywhere in the app.
Does NoSend read my messages or contacts?
No. NoSend never asks for your contacts, never reads your messages, and does not intercept anything. It is a pause you choose to open, not a blocker.
What happens if I break no contact?
You reset the counter and keep going. The app records the previous attempt rather than erasing it, because the days you already did still happened.
Is NoSend free?
Yes. The counter, the ten-minute pause, your reasons, your history and a home-screen widget are free. NoSend Pro is an optional one-time purchase that removes the limit on reasons and saved drafts.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone. Your reasons, unsent messages, notes and streak history never leave the device — there is no server endpoint that accepts them. Signing in with Google is optional and only covers your account and purchase.
