Delete your data
Two separate things live in two separate places, so there are two ways to delete.
Last updated
1. Data on your phone
Your reasons, unsent messages, notes, streak history and preferences are stored only on your device.
Open NoSend, go to Settings → Data → Delete local data, and confirm. This erases all of it immediately and cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app has the same effect.
Because this content never reaches our servers, this step is entirely in your hands — there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
2. Your account, if you created one
You only have an account if you chose to sign in with Google. It holds your Google identifier, email, display name, profile picture URL, your NoSend membership, your purchase and entitlement state, and your session records.
In the app
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email luckysolanki902@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject NoSend account deletion. Sending from the same address is how we confirm it is you.
What is deleted, and when
- Immediately: your sessions are revoked, signing you out everywhere.
- Within 30 days: your user record, app membership and entitlements are permanently deleted from our database.
- Retained: purchase records required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations, kept in a minimised form for as long as the law requires. These cannot be deleted on request.
Purchases
Deleting your account does not refund a purchase, and it does not cancel it with Google Play. Refunds are handled by Google Play. If you later sign in again with the same Google account, restoring purchases will recognise a valid Pro purchase.
