What NoSend is
NoSend is a tool for tracking a period of no contact and pausing before you reach out to someone. It counts elapsed time, stores reasons you write, and provides a timed pause with a place to write a message you do not send.
What NoSend is not
NoSend is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice, and it is not a crisis service. It makes no claim to treat, diagnose or improve any condition. If you are struggling with your mental health, please talk to a qualified professional. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
NoSend also does not block, intercept, monitor or filter your messages, calls or contacts. It cannot prevent you from contacting anyone. It only adds a pause you choose to open.
Your content
What you write in NoSend is yours. It stays on your device — see the privacy policy. Because we never receive it, we cannot recover it if you delete the app, lose your phone, or clear the app’s data. Use the export option in Settings if you want a copy.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one by signing in with Google, you are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure. You can delete your account at any time — see deleting your data.
Purchases
NoSend is free to use. NoSend Pro is an optional one-time purchase that removes limits on reasons and saved drafts and unlocks additional widgets and personalisation. Prices are shown by Google Play in your local currency at the time of purchase.
All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms. Refunds are handled by Google Play under their refund policy; we do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.
The core of the app — the counter, the pause, your reasons, your history and a widget — stays usable without paying.
Acceptable use
Do not use NoSend to harass, stalk or monitor another person, or attempt to interfere with the service or access other people’s data. We may end access for accounts used this way.
Availability and changes
NoSend is provided as is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects a paid feature you have already bought, we will say so in the release notes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of NoSend is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
